KEYNOTES & SPEAKING
The Room Changes When the Right Voice Is in It.
Eddie Williams III brings over two decades of cybersecurity experience to every stage. He doesn't lecture. He reframes how executives and security leaders think about AI risk, governance, and what's actually at stake for their organizations. When he finishes speaking, the room sees the problem differently.
THE SPEAKER
Eddie Williams III
CISM | CHISL | Deputy CISO | AI Strategist | Army Veteran
Eddie Williams III has spent more than two decades at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk, and leadership. He has served as Deputy CISO, advised organizations on AI strategy, and built security programs across both military and enterprise environments. He created the Bulldogs and Brain Surgeons framework, serves as an adjunct professor, and sits on the board of CyberUp. When Eddie speaks, he isn't talking about technology in the abstract. He's talking about decisions. The ones leaders are making right now, often without understanding the risk they're accepting.
THE FRAMEWORK.
Bulldogs and Brain Surgeons.
Most organizations think about cybersecurity in terms of tools and technology. Eddie's framework reframes it around people and roles. Bulldogs are your operational resilience, the ones who hold the line when things go wrong. Brain Surgeons are your deep technical experts, precise and specialized, brought in when the stakes demand it. Apprentices are the next generation coming up behind them. Understanding which role you need, and when you need it, is the difference between a security program that performs and one that simply exists.
SPEAKING TOPICS.
What Eddie Brings to Your Event.
AI Governance for Executives
Most leaders know AI is changing their organizations. Few understand what governance actually requires of them, and what happens when it isn't there.
GRC Frameworks That Actually Work
Governance, risk, and compliance frameworks are only as good as the people implementing them. Eddie makes the frameworks real and the path forward clear.
Cybersecurity Risk and the Board
Boards are being asked to oversee risks they don't fully understand. Eddie bridges that gap without losing anyone in the room.
The Human Factor in AI and Security
Technology doesn't fail organizations. Decision-making does. This talk is about the choices that happen before the incident report gets written.
WORKSHOPS.
Workshops Coming Soon.
UNITI Cyber Media is developing executive and practitioner workshops covering AI governance, cybersecurity risk, and GRC program development. Details will be announced through The Oversight newsletter.
